At YUME, we take great care in packaging and delivering authentic Japanese beauty products across the UAE.
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare, haircare, and personal care products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a mistake from our side.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will offer a replacement or refund only if:

The product arrives damaged, leaking, or broken

You received the wrong item

The product is defective upon delivery
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

You must provide clear photos and videos showing the issue

The item must remain unused
If approved, we will:

Send a replacement free of charge OR

Issue a refund to your original payment method
2. No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Product not meeting personal expectations

Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity

Opened or used products
All products are final sale unless defective or incorrectly delivered.
3. Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to our mistake, we will arrange collection at no cost to you.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
